Every project is different. We configure your condensing unit around your needs:
– Compressor choice: Bitzer, Copeland, Danfoss, or cost-effective domestic brands — matched to your performance requirements and budget.
– Tailored BOM: Our engineers build a bill of materials to match your specs and budget.
– Factory-tested: Every system is assembled and tested in Shanghai before dispatch.

Warranty & After-Sales

– Coverage: 12 months from factory dispatch date (not B/L date).
– Parts: Free replacement of damaged spare parts for core components under normal use. Full unit replacement not included. Consumables excluded.
– Delivery: Replacement parts sent EXW Shanghai. Courier freight and local import costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
– Exclusions: Warranty void if damage results from:
1. Unstable power supply, missing phase protection, or improper installation.
2. Transit damage, collision, or moisture after goods leave our factory.
3. Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or non-original refrigerants/accessories.
4. Overload, poor maintenance, or incorrect refrigerant charging.
– Support: We provide remote technical support, including video diagnostics and step-by-step assembly guidance. On-site installation and field service are not included. All local labor, travel, and related costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
