The Challenge: As a premier regional logistics hub, the client required a massive two-phase build-out. The system had to support 40,000 ㎡ of standard cold warehousing for daily food storage, alongside extremely demanding ultra-low temperature zones (-60°C) for high-value goods. The sheer scale required industrial-grade stability for 24/7 high-throughput operations.

Our Solution: We delivered a turnkey, industrial-scale refrigeration matrix:

• Phase 1: Powered by an array of 28 sets of Bitzer 75HP Water-Cooled Units. For the 1,000 ㎡ ultra-low temp zone, we engineered 6 sets of Bitzer 30HP Cascade Systems.
• Phase 2: Upgraded to 15 sets of Bitzer 75HP Screw Compressor Units for enhanced heavy-duty performance. An additional 500 ㎡ ultra-low temp zone was equipped with 3 sets of Bitzer 30HP Cascade Systems.
