The Challenge: The client required precise cooling for two cold rooms used to store highly volatile lithium battery chemicals. Standard refrigeration equipment poses a severe ignition hazard in such environments. The entire cooling system had to meet stringent industrial explosion-proof safety standards.

Our Solution: We custom-engineered the entire system deploying 2 sets of 20HP Bitzer Air-Cooled Units. Every single electrical component—from compressor junction boxes and condenser fan motors to the PLC control cabinets and room sensors—was heavily modified and certified to meet explosion-proof (防爆) standards.
